COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Put everything in the blender and mix well. Then pour into 2 greased pie pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

DIETITIAN'S NOTE:

This recipe sounds delicious and it's even more tempting when you read how easy it is to make. Would you believe there are 110 grams of fat in those seven "innocent" ingredients, and most of it is saturated fat.

All is not lost! If you use 1 cup egg substitute, 4 tablespoon "Extra Light" stick butter, and skim milk, at least 46 gm fat will be left behind. Enjoy in moderation.
