CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sour cream

Topping Mixture:

1 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar

Cream together butter, sugar and eggs. Add sour cream and vanilla. Sift together flour, powder and soda. Add to cream mixture. Pour half into 9 x 13 baking pan. In separate bowl, mix chips, sugar and cinnamon. Spoon half over batter. Pour remaining batter over chips. Top with chip mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
