ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves, ground
1/2 c. sour milk
2 c. shredded peeled zucchini
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

In mixing bowl, cream butter, oil and sugar; add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Combine flour, cocoa, soda, powder and spices together. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk; and mix well. Stir in the zucchini. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes.

To sour milk, place 1 1/2 teaspoons white vinegar in a measuring cup, then add milk to equal 1/2 cup.
