CHOCOLATE - NUT - ZUCCHINI CAKE 
3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. shredded or grated zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. sugar

Melt chocolate. Grease 10 inch tube pan. Sift flour with baking powder, salt and soda; set aside. In large bowl beat eggs and add sugar, oil and chocolate and then add dry ingredients. Mix until smooth and stir in zucchini and nuts. Pour in pan and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes. (Can use 1 cup chopped dates. Makes a large cake and freezes well.)
