CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE 
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix sour cream and baking soda and set aside. Beat butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs - adding eggs 1 at a time and beating after each. Add sour cream mixture. Add flour and baking powder. Stir in 1/2 package of chips.

Pour 1/2 the batter into 9 x 13 inch pan and spread evenly. Top with 1/2 of the topping mix. Pour remaining batter evenly. Top with remaining chips and topping. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
