CREAM CHEESE ICING #2 
2 c. confectioners' sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp. cream or milk
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Sift the sugar. Work the cheese and milk until soft and fluffy. Mix in the sugar gradually and add vanilla. Spread on your cooled cake.
