SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lg. cans of yams, drained
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together, pour into casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. brown sugar

Crumble together, sprinkle on top of casserole, bake in 350 degree oven for 30- 40 minutes.
