YAM CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked yams, mashed
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1/3 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 stick butter
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix yams, butter, milk and vanilla with an electric mixer. Put in buttered casserole dish. Top with topping.

TOPPING: Mix well with hands and sprinkle evenly over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
