RHUBARB PUDDING 
3 c. diced rhubarb
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix together first 4 ingredients in casserole. In another bowl mix butter and sugar, stir in egg. Sift flour and salt and add to above. Spread batter over fruit in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
