EASY COCONUT MILK ICE CREAM | |
1 (6 oz.) So Delicious Vanilla Coconut Milk 1 tbsp. fruit preserves or fresh diced fruit (optional) 1 tsp. granulated sugar (optional) 1/2 tbsp. chocolate or caramel syrup (optional) Put the coconut milk (still in package) in a freezer for 2 1/2 hours. *Make sure to stand milk up straight. Remove coconut milk box from the freezer. Shake milk lightly. If it still shakes like a liquid, freeze it for up to another 30 minutes. When milk shakes like a solid, use a knife to carefully slice open the box. *Make sure you cut above the solid milk. Top the ice cream with the fruit, sugar, chocolate, or caramel and enjoy! Notes* For a thicker ice cream, freeze longer, for a thinner ice cream, freeze shorter. Try your own toppings (like crushed Oreos, instant coffee, chocolate chips, mint flavoring, etc.) Try it with the chocolate coconut milk. Cut off just the corner for a squeezable treat.
