RHUBARB COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
1/2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. milk
1 c. nuts
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. raisins
1 c. finely chopped rhubarb

Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
