GREEK SALAD 
1 sm. head lettuce
1 sm. cucumber
2 green onions
3-4 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 med. green pepper, chopped
Greek black olives
1/3 c. olive oil
Oregano
White crumbled Feta cheese
2 tomatoes
2 sprigs celery, chopped
Salt and pepper
8 anchovy fillets

Clean and chop vegetables. Add olive oil, wine vinegar, and seasons. Toss lightly. Sprinkle with Feta cheese.
