HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk

Combine all ingredients to make loaf, mixing well. Form into a loaf and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Prepare Sweet and Sour Glaze.

SWEET & SOUR GLAZE:

1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. water

Pour over ham loaf 30 minutes before it's done.
