FLUFFY MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. milk
4 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. sage

Mix ingredients. Place in loaf pan and bake. Serve hot or cold. For catsup topped loaf, spread 3 tablespoons catsup over top before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Yield: 8 servings.
