RICE A RONI SALAD 
1 box chicken Rice A Roni, cooked & cooled
4 green onions, finely chopped
1/4 green pepper, finely chopped
12 green olives, chopped (opt.)
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts, chopped & drained (retain liquid)

DRESSING:

3/4 tsp. curry powder
1/3 c. mayonnaise
Artichoke juice

Toss all ingredients and add to dressing. Chill overnight.
