RICE-A-RONI AND MORE 
1 chicken Rice-A-Roni, cooked as directed
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
3 green onions with tops, sliced finely
1/4 bell pepper, diced
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper (more, if needed)
1 can or 1/2 c. diced shrimp or 1 c. diced chicken

This makes a large amount. Serve as a side dish or salad. Will keep in refrigerator several days.
