RICE A RONI SALAD | |
1 pkg. chicken flavor Rice-a-Roni 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts 2/3 c. each green pepper, green onions, celery 1 can sliced olives Cook rice as directed; cool. Cut up artichoke hearts, reserve the oil. Add 1 cup mayonnaise to oil. Mix. Set aside. Mix all other ingredients together. Pour oil dressing into and mix well. Flavors will be better if it chills for a few hours before serving. |
