CRAB CASSEROLE 
2 lb. crab meat
4 c. mayonnaise
4 c. half & half cream
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
6 c. white bread, crumbled
2 onions, chopped
8 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Salt to taste
White pepper to taste
Lemon juice to taste

NOTE: I use 2 cups milk and 2 cups half & half or all milk.

Crumble bread, do not roll to fine crumbs. Mix all ingredients together. Let stand several hours before putting in casserole to bake. Refrigerate. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 24. Easily halved or quartered for smaller quantity.
