8 to 10 potatoes
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese (may use 1/2 pkg.)
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 stick butter

Peel, slice and cook potatoes. When done; mash and stir in cream cheese, garlic salt, butter. You may put "pats" of butter on top. Place in baking dish and bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
