FISH STEW | |
1 lg. onion, sliced 1/2 stick butter 1 c. catsup 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice 2 tsp. bottle steak sauce Dash of Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. salt; optional 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 to 2 lb. fish fillets Saute onion in butter until soft in large skillet. Add catsup, lime juice, steak sauce, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Cut fish into serving size pieces. Arrange in sauce, cover, simmer 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily. |
