ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground meat
1/4 to 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. parsley
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. milk

Mix ingredients together and roll into balls. Brown in 1/2 inch of hot oil and add to sauce.
