GIANT POPOVER 
3 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk

In a mixing bowl, beat egg. Mix together and add to egg the flour and salt. Melt in a heavy 10" skillet with oven-proof handle the butter. Add melted butter to batter, then add milk. Beat until smooth. Pour batter into hot skillet. Bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Then lower temperature to 350 degrees and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer. Sift powdered sugar over the finished popover and serve with maple syrup.
