FRITZIE'S DUTCH POPOVERS 
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour

Beat eggs, milk and flour together. Melt 1/3 cup butter in heavy, black skillet at 425 degrees. Add batter. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Sift powdered sugar over top while still hot. Cut in pie shape slices. For dessert, serve with lemon slices. For breakfast, serve with maple syrup. 10 inch skillet.
