CRAB SUPREME 
8 slices bread (white with crusts)
2 c. crab meat (fresh)
1 yellow onion, chopped
1/2 c. Best Foods mayonnaise
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
4 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup or celery
Grated cheese
Paprika
Slivered almonds

Cook celery slowly 10 minutes in a little water; drain. Dice half of bread into baking dish. Mix crab, onion, mayonnaise, pepper, celery and spread over bread. Dice other slices of bread and place over crab mixture. Mix eggs and milk together and pour over dish. Add slivered almonds. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Add soup, cheese, and paprika. Bake 1 hour more. Serves 8. Make it a day ahead.
