RITZ PATTIES 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed fine
1 can mushroom soup or celery soup and milk

Place cheese in bowl; let stand until room temperature. Add nuts, onions, cracker, eggs, and mix well. Make into patties; refrigerate until cold, then fry in oil until brown. Place in casserole dish. Cover with soup, diluted with milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Good with a green salad and fruit.
