QUICK CRANBERRY BREAD 
3 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. orange cranberry relish
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. butter
3/4 c. milk

Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together. Cut in shortening until mixture resembles course meal. Add egg and milk - stir only until blended.

Stir in relish and nuts. Spoon into well oiled 9 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan.
