BANANA FLUFF PUDDING 
1 tbsp. gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
5 med. bananas, mashed
1 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. cream, whipped

1. Soak the gelatin in the cold water for five minutes. Dissolve over hot water.

2. Mix together the mashed bananas, lemon juice, orange juice, rind, salt and sugar.

3. Add gelatin and mix well. Chill until slightly thickened.

4. Fold in whipped cream and chill well. Serves 6 to 8.
