CREAMY CHOCOLATE FUDGE | |
1 1/2 pkgs. chocolate chips 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 2 c. miniature marshmallows Dash of salt 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped nuts (opt.) Line an 8" or 9" square pan with waxed paper. Melt the chocolate chips with the milk, marshmallows and salt in a medium sized pan over low heat. Stir until smooth and well blended. Remove from heat; stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread evenly into pan. Chill for 2 hours. Turn fudge onto a cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature. Makes 2 pounds. |
