CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
Layer 1:

2 c. flour
2 sticks plus 2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix and pat in 9 x 13 baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Cool completely.

Layer 2:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix and spread on cool crust.

Layer 3:

1 large box instant chocolate pudding
1 large box instant butter pecan pudding
5 c. milk

Add milk to chocolate pudding and butter pecan pudding and beat until stiff. Pour over Layer 2. Then spread with desired amount of Cool Whip. Decorate with pieces of grated chocolate and pecans.
