Pork meat 1 bag corn masa 1 bag corn husks 1 can chiles 1 onion 1 clove garlic Salt to taste Cook the pork meat until tender. Stir the corn masa to soften it and add water just a little bit. Add salt to the masa (for taste). Spread masa into the corn husk with a thin layer. Fill the husk with the pork meat, chiles, onion and garlic. Put some empty corn husks in a Dutch oven with a little water. Then put your filled corn husks in. Tamales will not bust this way. Cook on medium heat for about 1 1/2 hours. Enjoy! |
