PUMPKIN BREAD 
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
2/3 c. shortening
1 sm. can pumpkin
3 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. walnuts

In a large bowl beat eggs, water, shortening, pumpkin and sugar. Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and walnuts. Add to wet ingredients. Beat until you get a thick batter. Divide batter into 3 loaf pans and bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
