CHOCOLATE PUDDING FROSTING 
1 (4 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding mix
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. vegetable shortening
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook pudding according to package directions, using 1 1/4 cups milk. Cover surface of pudding with Saran Wrap. Cool to room temperature. Cream together butter, shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla and salt. Gradually beat in pudding.
