SPINACH BALLS | |
1 stick softened butter 3 eggs, beaten until creamy 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm garlic croutons 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & drained mix ingredients as listed. Form into balls. Freeze on cookie sheet. When frozen place in bags or containers and store in freezer until ready to serve. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Do not over bake. |
