SPINACH BALLS 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
3 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried whole thyme

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain. Press between layers of paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Combine spinach and remaining ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Shape mixture into 3/4-inch balls. Place on lightly greased baking sheets. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serve immediately. Yield: about 10 dozen.
