EVA'S VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. or 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. diced raw celery
1 c. finely chopped onions
1 sm. can water chestnuts (optional)
1/4 c. sour cream with 1 tbsp. dry Italian Good Seasons

Cook vegetables as directed on package. Mix in it 1 cup mayonnaise. Mix all together, top with 2 cups Pepperidge Farm stuffing mixed with melted butter. Use oblong dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
