VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. bread crumbs

Cook frozen vegetables according to package directions. Drain. In 2-quart casserole, mix vegetables, cheese, mayonnaise and soup. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or sauce bubbles.
