VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-all, drained
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Cheddar cheese, grated
1 chopped onion
Ritz crackers, crushed

Mix vegetables, mayonnaise, onion and cheddar cheese together; pour into casserole dish.

Top with crushed Ritz crackers and drizzle top with butter. Bake at 350 degrees until crackers are light brown, approximately 15 minutes.
