MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
1 med. chopped onion
1 stick butter
1 tube Ritz crackers

Cook vegetables until tender, then drain. Place in greased casserole dish. Mix onion, celery, cheese and mayonnaise; spread over vegetables. Melt butter and mix with crushed Ritz crackers and spread on top. Cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
