MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar
1 c. crushed crackers
1/2 stick butter, melted

Combine mixed vegetables, celery, onion, mayonnaise and cheese in bowl. Mix well. Place in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix crushed crackers and melted butter in bowl. Sprinkle over vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
