SPRING GARDEN COTTAGE CHEESE 
1 lb. carton cottage cheese
3-4 sliced green onions
1/2-1 stick celery
1/2 cucumber
1 c. diced (med. chunks) tomatoes
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 tsp. celery salt

Combine all ingredients, mix well, cover, refrigerate 24 hours. Serve on lettuce leaf.
