CORN BREAD DRESSING 
Approx. 1 c. buttermilk
1 cake corn bread
6-7 slices dried out bread
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 lg. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. sage
1 egg
1 1/2 c. turkey or chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (9x9 inch) pan

Crumble corn bread and dried bread together. Add celery, onion, sage, egg, salt and pepper and mix well. Add enough broth to moisten. Stuff turkey or chicken. Yields 8 servings.
