CHOCOLATE SAUCE 
Makes 1 cup. Serves 16, 1 tablespoon per serving.

2 tbsp. acceptable butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. white corn syrup
1/4 c. evaporated skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add cocoa, sugar and syrup and stir to mix well. Add milk, bring to a boil and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Serve warm or cold over ice milk.
