STUFFED PEPPERS 
1/2 c. rice, boiled
1 onion (ground)
2 c. potatoes (ground)
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. can tomatoes
1 tsp. salt

Remove tops and seeds carefully from 6 peppers. Partially boil in salt water for 15 minutes. Drain. Fill with the hamburger-rice stuffing. Bake at 325 degrees 1 hour.
