CORN BELT SPAGHETTI 
4 pork steaks
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can tomatoes (16 oz.)
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
1-1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti (cook separately)

Brown pork steak in lard or drippings. Pour off fat after browning. Add rest of ingredients. Cover tightly and simmer gently 2 1/2 hours. Before serving, remove bones and big pieces of fat from steaks. Cut meat into small pieces. 4-6 servings. Excellent change from the usual beef spaghetti dish.
