COUNTRY BREAKFAST PIE 
1 lb. sausage
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. red pepper, chopped
4 lg. eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. light cream
2 tbsp. chopped onion

Cook sausage until done. Drain and crumble. Sprinkle sausage and cheese in pie shell. Beat eggs lightly in bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture. Pour in pie shell. Bake at 375 F. for 40-45 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.
