GRAHAM CRACKER LOG 
30 graham crackers
1/2 lb. 16 marshmallows diced
1 (7 1/4 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) dates, chopped
2 c. chopped California walnut meats
1 c. heavy cream

Roll graham crackers to fine crumbs. Combine marshmallows, dates, and walnuts. Mix thoroughly with 1 3/4 cup cracker crumbs. Add 1 cup cream not whipped and mix all together. Shape in loaf, roll the loaf in remaining cracker crumbs. Then wrap well in wax paper, place in refrigerator, chill at least 6 hours. Slice and serve with whipped cream. Serves 8 to 10.

This is a great recipe and very easy to make. My father would make this for us every year from memory at Christmas time. Follow the directions exactly and you can't go wrong!
