GRAHAM CRACKER REFRIGERATOR
DESSERT
 
20 graham crackers
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
3 eggs
3 sq. baking chocolate
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Roll 20 graham crackers; use 1/2 of these crumbs to line an 8 inch square pan. Cream 1/2 pound butter, 2 cups confectioners' sugar; beat in 3 eggs, one at a time; beat in 3 squares melted baking chocolate; stir in 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread this in pan lined with 1/2 of the graham cracker crumbs. Sprinkle remaining half of graham cracker crumbs on top. Put in refrigerator overnight. Cut in squares. Can be served with whipped cream if you wish.
