GRANDMA BESSIE'S GRAHAM CRACKER
DESSERT
 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Semi-sweet chocolate
1 c. cream, whipped (or 1 pkg. Dream Whip)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. fine graham crackers
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar

Mix together water and gelatin. Cook egg yolks, sugar, and milk in double boiler until it coats spoon (will be thin). Add gelatin and stir until dissolved.

Let mixture cool and fold in egg whites, whipped cream, and vanilla. Mix graham crackers, butter, and sugar and pat into 9x13 pan. Pour custard mixture into crust. Top with grated semi-sweet chocolate. Chill.
