SPINACH CASSEROLE 
3 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook and drain spinach. Mix sour cream and onion soup together and add to spinach. Pour into casserole. Melt butter and stir in cheese and crumbs. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
