3 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 env. onion soup mix
1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm Dressing (not cornmeal)
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. sour cream

Cook spinach (do not salt). Drain well. Stir in other ingredients and place in casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Even those who don't like spinach like this dish. Serves 6 to 8.
